No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed.
By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read and understood this policy and agree to these terms.
Software Sold As-Is
Noeth is sold as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility with any specific platform, interviewing system, or third-party service.
You are purchasing the software in its current state at the time of your transaction. We are under no obligation to deliver future features, fixes, or enhancements as part of your purchase.
Licence is Per Version
Your licence grants you access to the specific version of Noeth that is current at the time of your purchase, for example, Noeth v1.0. This licence is permanent and does not expire for that version.
Access to future major versions (e.g. v2.0 and beyond) is not included in your purchase and may require a separate licence. We will communicate any such changes clearly before they take effect.
Bring Your Own API Key
Noeth requires you to supply your own API key from a supported AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Ollama). Costs incurred with your chosen provider are entirely your responsibility. We are not liable for any charges, usage overages, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
Exceptions
The only circumstances under which we will consider a refund are where required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. If you believe a statutory right to a refund applies to you, contact us at info@noeth.dev and we will review your case.
